Senior Financial Analyst, OCI Deals and Customer Insights

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Customer Insights Finance team is excited to invite a skilled analyst to join us in crafting financial models that navigate through imperfect data and complex challenges using sales and customer insights. As a vital member of the customer insights team, you will handle large datasets while generating clear and impactful analyses and recommendations for senior management.

This role requires the ability to autonomously deconstruct intricate issues into actionable tasks while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across various teams to understand and integrate diverse datasets.
• Guide partner teams proactively to align business needs and goals effectively.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and conduct comprehensive margin analyses.
• Support various cloud products & services by providing essential business insights.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of the technical side of the business alongside a passion for metrics and analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to management in areas including operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and contracts.
• Lead projects and establish policies and procedures that assist in meeting the organization's operational and business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, math, computer science, or engineering; MBA preferred.
• In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting or controllership with a track record of progressive advancement.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical proficiencies.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across groups.
• Demonstrated program management and process improvement experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating them into valuable insights.
• Ability to excel in an ambiguous and evolving environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $84,500 to $187,000 per annum. Eligible for bonus and equity.
