Title: Finance Coordinator

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Pacific

Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid

Location: Livermore, CA 94551

Duration: 5 months contract (with possible extension/conversion to FTE)

Summary

As a Finance Coordinator, you will assist with projects, implementations, and training sessions related to process improvements.

Team Overview: Finance Team in support of Lam Research (Sr. Fin Mgr, Fin Mgr, 2 Financial Coords)

Resource's typical working day (day to day tasks)

• Purchase Order creation
• Vendor communication
• Vendor invoice processing
• Facilities Management Team coordination

Must Have Skills

• Fluent in English (client requires native understanding/speaking of English – able to communicate without confusion),
• Excel, time management, process learning, communication/email, learn from mistakes,

Nice to have skills: Coupa/myBuy, PeopleSoft

Software skills

• Excel, MS Suite
• Coupa/myBuy,

Years of Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree
