Responsibilities

• Handle new account kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to product management.
• Establish a good understanding of the business for effective service.
• Plan and manage the deployment timelines.
• Planning the execution of the above in an effective and efficient manner in-house
• Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals to develop a high-quality and clear product roadmap.
• Define, measure, and share critical metrics to measure the success of the product in the market.
• Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.
• Regularly baseline and track usage and impact of the product on business and product metrics to recommend strategies to improve.
• Partner with Business Heads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.
• Skills/ knowledge
• Looking for 4+ years of relevant experience with a combination of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Proficient in articulating complex data concepts and issues in clear terms; interprets business issues and communicates ramifications of decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and in addition, knowledge of analytical tools: SQL, Python, R.Proficient in Project management tools like JIRA, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.

Working knowledge of API’s is a must-have.

Works with a global, geographically dispersed team, highly self-motivated, able to work independently.

Able to direct and complete multiple projects that meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Can clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers.

Has a good understanding of technology and can wear a business hat when required.

Having experience in the credit or lending space will be an added advantage.
