About Dubai Data

Dubai Data is building a next-generation data infrastructure business focused on large-scale data processing, AI, cloud services, and digital infrastructure. As we expand our platform, we are planning the development of a high-performance data centre ecosystem to support our long-term infrastructure strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Infrastructure Consultant to help us design the technical and commercial foundation of this initiative.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise on the overall data centre strategy and infrastructure roadmap.
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade data centre architecture.
• Recommend server, storage, networking, and power infrastructure.
• Assist in selecting hardware vendors and technology partners.
• Develop capacity planning models for future expansion.
• Provide guidance on cooling, power redundancy, and physical infrastructure.
• Recommend monitoring, security, and operational best practices.
• Evaluate colocation versus owned infrastructure strategies.
• Support discussions with suppliers, manufacturers, and potential partners.
• Review technical proposals and assist in procurement planning.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years working with enterprise or hyperscale data centres.
• Experience designing or managing Tier III or Tier IV facilities.
• Strong understanding of server infrastructure, storage systems, networking, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and AI workloads is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, high-availability architecture, and disaster recovery.
• Experience working with global hardware vendors such as Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Lenovo, Cisco, Juniper, NVIDIA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Engagement Details

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for an experienced consultant who can work with our leadership team on a flexible basis during the planning and execution phases of the project.

The engagement may include

• Weekly strategy meetings
• Architecture reviews
• Vendor evaluations
• Infrastructure planning
• Ongoing advisory support
