Senior Manager Talent Acquisition-Emirati

Our prestigious government-sector client in Dubai is seeking an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and partner with senior leadership to deliver workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and critical business positions
• Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and networking
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
• Drive employer branding programs to position the organization as an employer of choice
• Utilize recruitment analytics and market intelligence to enhance hiring effectiveness
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
• Support Emiratization and workforce nationalization initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Mandatory experience within government or semi-government entities
• Strong understanding of local hiring regulations and Emiratization initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume and strategic hiring
