Your Responsibilities

• Manage the technical engineering of high-voltage equipment and substation-related projects throughout the tendering, execution, and commissioning phases.
• Develop and implement technical solutions in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Provide technical consulting and develop tailored engineering solutions together with customers.
• Participate in customer and site meetings during feasibility studies, project execution, and commissioning activities, including occasional travel.
• Ensure technically sound and quality-compliant project solutions while coordinating activities across multiple departments and interfaces.
• Support project execution in accordance with contractual requirements and assist commercial project managers in identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities.
• Your Profile
• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment, substation engineering, and power transmission and distribution systems.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with an independent, proactive, and cost-conscious approach to work.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project engineering or project management.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD tools, and preferably SAP.Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Business-fluent English;
• German language skills are considered an advantage.
