Senior Project Manager

Our client a well established MNC in the Mid West is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team on a 2 year fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic organisation with great culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, HR, EH&S, and Maintenance
• Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead problem-solving, root cause analysis, and change management activities
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and stage-gate governance
• Conduct project closeouts, measure outcomes, and capture lessons learned
• Support the Head of PMO and act as deputy when required
• Essential Skills & Experience8+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aviation, or another regulated industry
