About The Role

As Client Delivery Manager, you will work with our customers to deliver their digital transformation projects and programmes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating activity across multiple parties to ensure they deliver on time, to budget and to a high degree of quality.

You will also work closely with Rubik digital consultants to ensure that any work completed ties in to our customers digital strategy as well as our customer success managers to ensure that any solutions we implement are properly supported.‍

What you'll do

• Work with digital consultants to scope and plan digital transformation projects and programmes
• Work with Rubik teams, third party vendors to develop estimates and costs
• Lead the delivery of digital transformation projects and programmes
• Ensure strategic alignment of activities and solutions delivered
• Guide our customers to ensure they understand and fulfil their roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions
• Manage on-going support of our solutions and address issues promptly
• Identify new opportunities for business and support in winning work‍The skills you'll need5+ years delivery management experience
• Prior experience delivering digital transformation projects and programmes
• Strong technical knowledge
• Ability to navigate complexity and coordinate activity across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills‍
