Client Success & Project ManagerZurich, Switzerland · Full-time · Intellyse is a Swiss startup — an ETH & HSG spin-off based in Zurich — using GenAI to audit and control freight invoices across road, ocean and air for the companies that pay them. We turn freight data into recurring savings for shippers and support clients on procurement and spend-optimisation decisions.

We already reduce freight costs for well-known brands such as Sika, tesa, Pilatus and Mettler Toledo. We're past 10 paying clients, growing fast, and scaling the team from ~10 to ~15 people.

We're hiring our first Client Success & Project Manager to own the client relationship end-to-end: onboard them, run the project, and make sure they see — and feel — the ROI. You'll help shape how AI-driven savings are delivered, in direct contact with everyone from CFO, CPO and Head of SCM down to shipping specialists and controllers.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding and implementation for new clients: set the plan, gather the data and requirements, coordinate our engineers, and get them live fast.
• Run each client as a project — manage data requirements, timelines and operational expansion end-to-end.
• Be the primary point of contact through adoption, expansion and renewal.
• Manage each client set-up in our project-management tool (Linear) on a daily-to-weekly basis.
• Report client sentiment, challenges and progress to the CEO weekly.
• Define each client's monthly targets together with the CEO, and report on them proactively by month-end.
• Lead the weekly client check-ins, and join the monthly and quarterly business reviews with our clients.
• Tie our findings to real savings the client can point to.
• Spot expansion opportunities and secure renewals.
• Be the voice of the client internally to shape product and process.

Who you are

• Early in your career and eager to take on ownership — this suits someone in their first or second full-time role, including recent graduates.A background in consulting (from a well-known, top-tier firm such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain or similar), customer success, or sales.
• Supply chain / logistics consulting is a strong bonus.
• Sharp, structured, and comfortable owning ambiguity in a startup.
• Strong with data and able to turn it into a clear, convincing client story.
• Commercial instinct — you see expansion and you go get it.
• You like talking with clients.
• Comfortable managing many stakeholders.
• Our clients are multinational enterprises with 2,000–50,000 employees; your contacts range from freight and transport managers and specialists up to Head of SCM, CPO and, in some cases, CFO. C-level contact is always led or supported by Intellyse's CEO.Analytical and proactive — you use the Intellyse product and data to discover savings and optimisation opportunities for clients.
