Toronto — Hybrid, minimum 3 days/week in office
Lord Cultural Resources is looking for a strategic and outward-facing Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts for a maternity leave cover. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on relationship-building, sharp analysis, and leading a small team through the full business development lifecycle — from strategy to signed contracts.
You'll work closely with Managing Partners, Senior Directors, and our marketing team to shape where Lord grows next, and turn that vision into a strong, well-managed pipeline.

Compensation/Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
