We’re looking for a self-motivated Recruiters who are excellent at personal branding and networking to join the team at ManagedYou’ll be helping us place recruiters into onshore roles across Australia.

This isn’t just a typical delivery role. You will have full ownership of your desk and be paid commission up to 50%If you’ve ever wanted to step into a Recruitment role with ownership, vision, and a future relocation opportunity, this is it.

What we’re looking for:

Recruitment agency experience is essential within one of the following niches:

• Built Environment & Infrastructure
• Energy, Resources & Defence
• Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Accounting, Finance & Legal
• You must have worked within the Australian recruitment space at one point in your career
• You love connecting with recruiters, understanding their drivers, and matching them to the right environment
• Comfortable doing outreach, headhunting and cold calls
• Solid personal brand (or comfortable building one)

What you'll be doing

• Headhunting passive recruiters and building genuine, long-term relationships
• Creating and growing your personal brand within the recruitment community
• Running exclusive, candidate-led searches that are built around each recruiter’s goals
• Supporting relocation opportunities for recruiters looking to move interstate or overseas
• Working directly with our CEO (15+ years in recruitment across the UK and Australia) to expand this new service line
• Playing a key role in a small, high-impact team that’s building something from the ground up
