You'll take ownership of a team that delivers projects up to $40M, sitting as part of the senior leadership team and helping shape how the business scales toward tier 2 status. This is a genuinely strategic role, not just a delivery one.

Project focus includes:

• Schools and education
• Aged care
• Government-funded social infrastructure, e.g. police stations, libraries and similar civic projects

• Big enough to be taken seriously in the market, still small enough that everyone knows your name.
