Senior ETF Product Manager Dublin | HybridOverviewA leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Vice President – ETF Product to join its Dublin-based Fund & Investor Solutions team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the development and enhancement of ETF servicing solutions, working across business, technology, and operations to deliver innovative products and drive strategic change.

The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis and product development experience with a solid understanding of ETF or asset servicing operations.

The Role

ETF Product Development & InnovationCollaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to develop new ETF products and enhance existing services.

Identify opportunities for product innovation through a strategic, client-focused approach.

Build business cases to support product investment decisions and service enhancements.

Business & Systems AnalysisTranslate complex business and operational requirements into practical system solutions.

Work closely with technology teams, business analysts, and project managers to deliver system enhancements and product improvements.

Support the full product development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation.

Data Analysis & Process ImprovementAnalyse operational performance, workforce deployment, and productivity metrics.

Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Develop reporting methodologies and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & GovernancePartner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Present product strategy, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis within large enterprise environments.

Exposure to ETF servicing, asset servicing, or investment operations.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

CustodyFund AccountingTransfer AgencyDerivativesOther investment operations functionsExperience working within Agile delivery environments.

Knowledge of API integrations and system connectivity concepts.

Strong analytical and data management skills.

Experience using tools such as SQL, VBA, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to communicate product strategy and technical concepts to both business and technology audiences.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
