📝 Rquirements

• SAP S4 HANA experience in Sales and Logistics - Certification desirable.
• Working experience in a large-scale Sales and Supply Chain European organization with a deep understanding of European local legislation and compliance laws.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP software processes (preferably SAP S4 HANA and 3PL integration technologies) and a strong understanding of complementary technologies (BTP, AI/ML, Process Mining) and their application to enterprise processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proven experience of successfully delivering high-quality solutions in high-pressure, structured environments using agile project management techniques and disciplines.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, understanding P&L drivers in sales, logistics, and procurement.
• Experience of engaging with users and turning user insight into functional improvements.
• Familiarity with setting, monitoring, and reporting measurable process performance targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexible for international travel when required.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Oversee the effectiveness and ongoing enhancement of O2C and P2P processes across a mix of SAP and non-SAP platforms as the Product Owner for Sales and Supply Chain.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to shape strong, data-backed business cases that support innovation and organizational growth.
• Create a clear strategic direction and a continually evolving quarterly roadmap for O2C and P2P improvements, aimed at delivering measurable KPI and business performance gains.
• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP solutions to meet complex operational needs within your area of expertise.
• Provide the development team with well-prioritized requirements through a structured and maintained product backlog.
• Offer specialist advice on SAP leading practices and the capabilities available within S/4HANA.
• Manage key relationships with the organizations implementation partner and SAP to ensure delivered services align with the wider innovation agenda.
• Introduce and leverage Process Mining technologies to give business leaders data-driven visibility of process performance and clear improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate engaging sessions with business teams to demonstrate the advanced features of S/4HANA.
• Encourage forward-thinking approaches and help shift mindsets beyond traditional, legacy-based ways of working.
