Candidates may come directly from Deals or Transaction Services, while commercially minded candidates from Audit or Corporate Finance will also be considered.

• Newly qualified accountant up to Assistant Manager level
• Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Deals or relevant M&A Advisory experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong Audit candidates will be considered where they can demonstrate excellent financial analysis and a highly commercial approach
• Strong ability to analyse financial information, identify key trends and understand the commercial drivers behind business performance
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the confidence to work effectively with senior colleagues, clients and other transaction stakeholders
• Role and Reporting Lines
• Working as part of a growing Transaction Services team in Ireland, you will be integrated with a wider UK and international Deals platform.
• The role provides exposure to senior team members and the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of live transactions.

Financial Due Diligence – Analyse historical and forecast financial information to identify key trends, risks and commercial considerations within transactions.

Deal Execution – Work across transactions from initial analysis through to completion, gaining broad end-to-end deal exposure.

Financial Analysis – Review financial performance, earnings, working capital, cash flow and other key financial metrics to identify areas requiring further investigation.

Commercial Insight – Go beyond the numbers to understand business performance, underlying commercial drivers and the key issues relevant to buyers, sellers and investors.

Reporting – Support the preparation of clear, commercially focused due diligence reports and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.

Client Exposure – Work closely with clients, management teams and advisers throughout the transaction process.

Team Collaboration – Collaborate with colleagues across the Irish, UK and wider international Transaction Services and Advisory teams.
