Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Business Development and Marketing will lead the organization’s marketing, communications, brand, public relations, digital engagement, and sales enablement strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative leader who can connect brand visibility, client relationships, lead generation, and revenue growth into one integrated plan.
You will partner closely with Sales, executive leadership, creative teams, and client-facing departments to strengthen market presence, support customer retention, generate qualified leads, and ensure consistent messaging across every channel.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Candidates will have an expectation to spend time in the Company’s office space in Washington DC and travel to the main office in Akron, OH from time to time.
Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Washington, DC 20036
