Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources (HR) Operations, the Manager, Human Resources Operations will play a vital role in refining Alliance’s human resource functions to better serve all Alliance staff, both at the Home Office and our school sites.
The Manager, HR will lead key aspects of HR operations, with a specific focus on the staff life cycle from entry to exit, including onboarding, benefits, leaves, exits, required trainings, special assignments or duties, vacancy projections, and workers’ compensation for a portfolio of schools or Home Office teams.
While leading this work, the Manager, HR will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure “best in class” customer service. The Manager, HR will also ensure Alliance is in compliance with all federal and state laws, and ensure we are implementing Alliance policies with fidelity.

In alignment with our commitment to equity for our scholars, Alliance is dedicated to promoting equity and transparency within our team, offering competitive salaries commensurate with experience, as well as generous retirement and health benefits. This position is Exempt.
This position is a hybrid role which will include a combination of working from home, our network office, and travel to school sites. The successful candidate will be given a $400 work-from-home set-up allowance and receive a monthly stipend of $100.
$72,000.00 - $120,000.00
