This isn't a "keep the plates spinning and send the status update" delivery role. You'll start by running the delivery for a portfolio of clients, planning the work, lining up the right people and making sure nothing slips. But it grows quickly from there.

You'll move into owning senior client conversations, shaping the marketing plan alongside them, and delivering across the full B2B digital mix: SEO, paid, social, automation and content. It takes someone with the commercial awareness to know what good looks like and the drive to make it happen.

Their clients are high growth tech, consulting and professional services companies who rely on our client to shape the marketing that gets them there. That means you need to be both a capable delivery lead and a trusted client partner, not one or the other.

You're the right person for this if you have2 to 3 years in an agency delivery, project or campaign management role, so you know how agencies run and what clients actually need.

Solid grounding in the B2B digital marketing mix: SEO, paid, social, automation and content. This is the one we can't move on.

The confidence to step into client conversations and contribute to strategy, not just report on it.

Commercial awareness: comfortable with budgets, KPIs and growth targets.A genuine curiosity to keep learning and improving.

Bonus points (genuinely optional) for hands on experience with HubSpot, Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms, broader MarTech and CRM exposure, or a background in the B2B tech sector.
