Digital Project Manager

Sydney | Full-time | $150K + SuperWe're partnering with a fast-growing global wellness brand that's scaling rapidly across AU US UK and beyond. They're now looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their Sydney CBD team on a full-time permanent basis and own the delivery of their global digital roadmap.

This is a delivery-focused role sitting at the centre of ecommerce martech and digital - perfect for someone who thrives on pace and keeping complex workstreams moving across multiple regions and time zones.

This would be an ideal role for someone looking to move in house from an agency or digital/ecommerce consultancy.

Your responsibilities will include

• Own and manage the digital roadmap translating priorities into clear project plans and timelines
• Coordinate digital delivery builds integrations and system updates across markets
• Sequence site changes and front and back end releases globally
• Manage timelines dependencies and day to day project delivery in Asana
• Act as the key point of contact across internal teams leadership agencies and external partners
• Identify risks and blockers early and manage trade offs to protect delivery
• Continuously improve delivery processes templates and workflows
• Track progress and report on delivery across regions
• Successful applicants will have:
• Strong digital or ecommerce project management experience in environments involving significant ecommerce and martech releases
• SCRUM Agile and Sprint planning experience is essential
• The ability to understand and adapt to the iterative pace of ongoing digital delivery beyond the linear build schedules typical of agency work
• Experience with tools such as Asana Google Workspace Slack Klaviyo or Shopify
• Highly structured and delivery focused with strong attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Bonus points for experience with resource management and project or task management across creative studios and design teams
• Salary is up to $150k base depending on experience.
