We are the largest private supporter of high-performance sport in Canada and we are responsible for all aspects of Canada’s involvement in the Olympic Movement, including the participation in the Olympic and Pan American Games.
Reporting to the Manager, Athlete Marketing and Olympian Legacy (AMOL), the Program Manager AMOL role contributes to the AMOL strategy and provides expertise to athlete engagement across all Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) and Canadian Olympic Foundation (COF) departments.
The Athlete Marketing and Olympian Legacy strategies fulfill COC’s mission of promoting the values and principles of Olympism and leading the achievement of the Canadian Olympic Team’s success. Connecting athletes with fans, partners, and communities is a key pillar to promote the Olympic Movement and growing the profile and impact of Olympians.
This position will be located in one of the COC’s offices (Montreal, QC, at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West; or in Toronto, ON at 250 Yonge St. Suite 3000). We offer a hybrid work model that allows for up to two days of remote work each week.

The expected salary range for this role is $65,400 to $89,900 per year. The base pay within this range is based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity, and market benchmarks.
