Business Analyst

The Role

Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies Facilitate meetings and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid financial processing, claims, and reporting Develop test scenarios, support testing activities, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

What You'll Need
