Business Development Manager - CRM & Customer Experience Solutions

The Role

ITApps is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across Singapore, Hong Kong and China.

You will prospect enterprise and mid-markets clients, understand their CRM and customer experience needs, and work with technical and consulting teams to develop tailored cloud solutions. This role requires strong regional experience, confident, multilingual communication and the ability to build relationships across different markets and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
• Prospect target accounts through outbound outreach, referrals, social selling, events and networking.
• Expand inbound lead generation through optimising corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, WeChat) across Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand CRM, customer service and digital transformation requirements.
• Present ITApps cloud CRM and customer experience solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical and consulting teams on proposals, demonstrations and solution design.
• Manage people, follow-ups and account plan to meet revenue and meetings targets.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
• Attend client events, exhibitions and regional business meetings.
• Support multinational and cross-border opportunities across ITApps's Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia teams.
• Develop and improve AI-enabled workflows for prospecting proposal development, content creation, reporting and sales operations.

Requirements

• 4-5 Years experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, technology, digital marketing or client partnerships.
• Proven experience generating leads, supporting pitches and winning new accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong, Singapore and China business environments.
• Experience managing clients or campaigns across multiple APAC markets, particularly with corporate FSI (Finance and Insurance) accounts.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and follow up skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing a regional sales pipeline.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled workflows to improve sales, research, reporting or client delivery, using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms in day-to-day work.
• Experience with CRM, cloud solutions, customer experience or digital transformation is advantages.
