Marketing Manager (Maternal Care & Wellness Industry)

Salary: Up to $7,000 basic + $100 meal allowance + $100 transport allowance + variable bonus

Location: Central Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead branding, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand direction, drive growth, and make a meaningful impact in a family-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
• Drive brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and customer experience.

Marketing Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide actionable insights to support business and marketing decisions.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Oversee the development of engaging marketing content across social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media strategy, and online engagement.
• Ensure all communications reflect strong brand messaging and values.

Performance Analysis

• Track and analyse marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements and strategies to maximise marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, wellness.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, PRagency, or as a Marketing Manager/Team Lead is highly advantageous.
• Passionate about maternal care, wellness, and family-oriented services.
