Global Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Agen is building an intelligent health ecosystem that connects AI, robotics and human data to improve wellbeing, performance and longevity.

We are looking for a hands-on operator to build and run the supply chain behind our growing range of physical products.

The role

You will manage the journey from suppliers and factories to warehouses and customers. This includes procurement, manufacturing, assembly, international logistics, customs, inventory and fulfillment.

We are a startup, so you will make quick decisions, solve problems directly and build practical processes as we grow. There are no layers of management or long approval chains.

You will report directly to the CEO and have plenty of room to grow with Agen.

What you will do

• Find, assess and negotiate with suppliers, factories and assembly partners.
• Manage international shipments, customs, freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
• Improve pricing, lead times, MOQs, landed costs, inventory accuracy and delivery reliability.
• Build alternatives for critical suppliers, components and shipping routes.
• Create clear visibility across inventory, shipments, costs and risks.
• Use AI tools to research, analyze, automate and make better decisions.

Who we are looking forYou have strong experience in international supply chain, logistics, procurement or manufacturing operations.

You are hands-on, resourceful and extremely motivated to grow. You move quickly, take ownership and do not need perfect instructions before getting started.

You should have

• Direct experience working with international suppliers, factories, customs and logistics partners.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using AI as part of your everyday work.
• Fluent professional English. Mandarin is useful but not required.
• Experience with consumer hardware, electronics, wellness products, supplements, medical devices, Shopify or multi-country fulfillment is a plus.
• Most importantly, you care about health and wellbeing and feel excited about helping build products that can improve people’s lives.
• Location
• The role can be remote or hybrid.
• Singapore or a nearby Asian time zone is preferred, with frequent travel to suppliers and partners.
• Agen cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation support at this stage.
