Sales Manager

• Lead the AMAX-client relationship.
• Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers' unique business applications (research and business analysis will often be required)
• Identify market opportunities and conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable plans and specifications.
• Diligently hunt & prospect new customers through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling
• Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers' product needs and inquiries and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMAXCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services
• Adhere to the company's strategic direction and engage in our marketing initiatives to support the promotion of our products and solutions
• Achieve annual quota as assigned
• Customer visits are required; travel as needed Additional duties as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• IT/HPC/Cloud Computing/Server background or related industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, execute, and realize strategic initiatives
• Exceptional communication and presentation ability a must
• Driven to meet aggressive goals and deliverables with integrity and accountability
• Will consider qualified candidates currently based in the United States who are willing to relocate to Ireland
