• Role: Data Analyst
• Location: BLOCK C
• SPENCER DOCK DUBLINMode: Hybrid
• Job Type: Permanent role
• Purpose of the Role :Collect data from Care Organizations and multiple source platforms to prepare data for ingestion
• Work with our Care Organizations on efficient data collection and updates
• Validate data accuracy across systems and identify records that require updates
• Directly engage with data cleansing team to outline data cleansing requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to our Care Organizations
• Evaluate data collection and processes related to ingestion to identify improvements
• Ability to engage functional partners on Care Organization levels to effectively deliver on each application project
• Research and proactively seek to fill in knowledge gaps in key functional areas
• Work with operations and Care Organization pre and post implementation to determine necessary requirements for data
• Continuously update data per requirements while maintaining service level agreements
• Configuration of software pre and post implementation
• Ensure configurations meet the Care Organizations needs
• Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Health Care industry experience
• Ability to review and interpret data, identify and resolve data issues
• High level proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with ambition, client focus and innovative ideas that will enhance and improve results in a new program and product culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on the provider network side
• Experience working in a cross-matrixed organization
