Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR consultation to both managers and employees. Your expertise will be vital in supporting various HR programs and initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and more.

• Provide comprehensive HR consultation to managers and employees on a variety of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Contribute to the development, configuration, and maintenance of HR Solutions delivery tools and systems.
• Manage specialized HR programs, projects, and solutions, encompassing Communication and Change Management, Global Mobility, M&A, and HR Policy Compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Tackle your daily responsibilities and projects with complete autonomy and decision-making authority.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to effectively guide managers and staff.
• Responsibility for performance and outcomes across multiple units.
• Ability to develop and implement departmental plans aligned with business priorities.
• Expertise in resource management and policy development within your area of responsibility.
• Make informed decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.
• Capable of applying functional knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Experience managing large teams of professionals or junior managers.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. The office is located at the Panorama Arrow Building in Denver, Colorado.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $143,100.00 - $173,800.00

Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills. Compensation ratios for base pay and target incentives will be finalized at the time of offer.
