Job Description

• Lead restoration and masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with field operations and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have

• 3-10 years of Project Management experience in construction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related education.
• Restoration and masonry project experience required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented professional with a growth mindset.
