Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the management and development of our lending and deposit product portfolio.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Product, the Product Manager serves as the central point of coordination for all product related matters. The role requires the ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of BNK’s distribution channels, customer segments, competitive landscape and broader market developments.

As the subject matter expert for BNK’s lending and deposit products, you will also provide product knowledge, market insights and operational support across the organisation while helping to shape and execute our product strategy. You will support the development, implementation and ongoing management of products and services to ensure they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with customer and business needs.

What you will bring

The ability to undertake complex competitor analysis, monitor trends and provide regular written and verbal updates in a clear and concise manner;5+ years' experience in Product Management, exposure to lending products.

Experience within residential and/or commercial lending, 3rd distribution highly regarded.

Experience using Protecht (or similar GRC platforms) to support risk management, control assurance, issue management, incidents, obligations and governance reporting;Experience maintaining Product Reference Data across external product platforms (such as BIZA, SIS or Product Cloud)Strong finance experience and the ability to understand Funders policies and guidelines;An understanding of aggregator systems and processesExtensive knowledge of LoanWorks, or similar CRM (desirable)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, performance and governance of BNK's lending and deposit product portfolios across their lifecycle.
• Ensure all Product and Rates are maintained and accurate within CRM systems
• Provide insights and recommendations to support product growth, customer outcomes and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, broker support teams and introducer network to provide exceptional support and address and product related enquiries
• Perform research and analysis and develop detailed business cases including financial operating plans
• Ensure recording and maintenance of product details in internal and external systems
• Manage the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) framework, Target Market Determinations (TMD’s)
• Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and legislation and keep abreast of any changes or updates;
