The Role

This role is responsible for developing and growing wholesale distribution for our brand partners in the U.S. market. You will identify the right retail opportunities for each brand, develop relationships with the buyers behind them, present our brands professionally, and convert those opportunities into lasting wholesale partnerships.

Our operations and client teams carry the execution and administration, keeping your focus on commercial growth. You will have a high degree of autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape how our brand partners grow in the U.S. market.

What You'll Do

• Build wholesale distribution across a portfolio of premium international brands
• Develop relationships with buyers across major department stores and premium specialty retail
• Lead opportunities from introduction through presentation, negotiation and account opening
• Partner with founders and brand teams to position each brand for the retailer opportunity
• Grow existing accounts through additional doors, categories and reorders
• Maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline and communicate progress clearly

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in U.S. wholesale sales or account development
• A proven record of opening new retail accounts and growing existing ones
• An established network across major department stores and premium specialty retail
• Experience across multiple premium consumer categories, such as apparel, accessories, gifts and lifestyle
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven, with the judgment to operate independentlyLocationDallas-based and hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office with the team, and the rest of your time in the market with retailers.
