We are looking for an Operations Manager, to lead a high-performing warehouse operation, overseeing strategic planning, customer engagement, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. As the Operations Manager, you will:

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Drive site performance by optimizing workflows, resource utilization, facility layout, and warehouse automation initiatives.

Manage operational budgets, P&L performance, and cost optimization while maintaining high service standards.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the key operational partner for business reviews, contract renewals, and business growth opportunities.

Champion Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

Lead workforce planning, performance management, and capacity forecasting to support business growth and operational demands.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, MOM guidelines, SCDF requirements, and company policies.

Analyze operational performance through KPIs and business dashboards to drive informed decision-making and strategic improvements.

Present operational performance and business insights to customers and senior leadership through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and management meetings.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.5–8 years of managerial experience within the contract logistics or supply chain industry.
Proven track record in P&L management, budget planning, and operational leadership.
Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer relationships, contracts, SLAs, and pricing structures.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business performance through people, process improvement, and innovation.
