Internal Operations Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, working out of the Ontario office located in Cambridge Ontario, the objective of the Internal Operations Support Manager is to ensure all internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Customer Operations) have all required resources and information to be successful.

The Internal Operations Manager is responsible for managing all LOC Medical internal operational support tasks including, but not limited to:

Ordering materials from suppliers.

Coordinating deliveries between suppliers and customers.

Overseeing inventory management in Ontario office & offsite warehouses.

Processing purchase orders.

Overseeing warranty, repair and replacement process (repairs completed by external contractor).

Managing physical office space including security and cleaning.

Supporting project management efforts.

Ideal Experience, Profile &

Requirements

Experience being responsible for some or all of the above tasks is a requirement: Ordering materials, Coordinating deliveries, Overseeing inventory, Processing purchase orders, Overseeing warranty & repair process, Managing an office space, Supporting project management.

Experience working with CRMs, including being an expert user and trainer for new employees will be considered an asset. Specific experience with the Odoo CRM will be considered an asset.

The ability to operate bilingually will be considered an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Reliable personal transportation to and from the Ontario Office is a requirement.

Compensation

• Salary: $65,000 – $75,000/year + up to 5% annual bonus
• Company Benefits on Day-1Mileage and travel expenses for offsite / out of office work4 weeks total vacations: 2-weeks paid vacation + 2-week year-end paid time off
• Location: This role will operate daily out of the Ontario LOC Office in Cambridge Ontario
• Type of Work: Permanent, Full-Time
• Total Hours: 37.50 – 42.50 hours per. week
• Workdays & Hours: Monday
• Friday, flexible 8-hour work days between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm.
