Technology Delivery ManagerOur client, an international organisation operating in a regulated environment, is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution across the Technology & Security organisation.

Working closely with senior technology leadership and business stakeholders, you will act as a key driver of delivery excellence — bringing structure, alignment and momentum to complex software, cloud and technology transformation programmes.

Your role

Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, from planning through implementation and adoption.

Manage complex programmes involving software platforms, cloud transformation, SaaS solutions and technology modernisation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data, Security, Business and external partners.

Establish clear delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies and risk management practices.

Drive effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Manage vendors and partners, ensuring value, quality and successful outcomes.·Support portfolio visibility, executive reporting and decision-making through relevant KPIs and dashboards.

Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, governance and ways of working.

Your profileUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.8+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, technical project management or a similar role.

Proven track record delivering complex software, digital or technology transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of software development environments, Cloud and modern technology landscapes.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct hierarchical authority.

Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Pragmatic, structured and delivery-oriented mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity.

Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical, pharmaceutical, financial services or insurances, is highly valued.

Fluent English is mandatory; French is an advantage.
