Senior Software Engineer/Forward Deployed

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver AI-powered voice and automation solutions for clients. You'll develop integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, own implementations from design through production, and work directly with customers to solve complex business challenges using modern AI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Java/Spring Boot and Python development skills
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
• Knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, JSON, CSV, and SFTP
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred

• Conversational AI, Voice AI, or telephony platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Five9)
• LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
• LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
• Solutions engineering or professional services experience
• Startup or high-growth environment experience

Additional Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in the Loop, Chicago, IL
