Retailing & Reporting enables optimal revenue generation by delivering a robust suite of offer, share, JV and other PRM performance reporting that enables greater speed, complexity, and scale of analyst market actions across the entities. R&R is building the future of offer and relative performance reporting in an increasingly complex revenue environment.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that translate complex airline market data into actionable insights for pricing and revenue management teams.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports for competitive offer and market performance analysis
• Translate business needs into data models and reporting workflows
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends in pricing, market share, and demand
• Partner with pricing and inventory analysts to support decision-making across PRM entities
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools
• Support and enhance tools used by 200+ analysts
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or SAS
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong understanding of data manipulation and visualization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Execute with a Sense of Urgency
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
• Familiarity with industry datasets (fares, tickets, PNRs, DB1C, etc.)
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
