YOUR IMPACT

• Reporting to the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Reporting Leader, the S2P Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for developing cash disbursement forecasts and delivering reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, playing a key role within the finance team by supporting financial and operational performance analysis across a global business.
• This role focuses on building vendor spend models to support S2P and FP&A teams, while leading the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, including preparing materials for management review and communicating insights to senior leadership.
• The individual also drives continuous improvement by streamlining forecasting processes through automation, data analytics, and system expertise, while establishing best practices to enhance overall business performance management.

The Role

OffersPerform variance analysis by comparing financial results to the annual plan, prior forecast, and prior year to identify sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, business drivers, and economic drivers that impact our models.

You will lead the development and maintenance of financial models, including sensitivity analysis, to support overall business objectives. Build capabilities in reporting automation to drive efficiency for the team. Perform ad hoc analysis, communicate findings, and provide a recommendation on next step. Own quarter-end activities include preparing and submitting dashboard metrics on global spend.

Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and communicating key messages to senior leadership.

Lead special projects including building new models/templates, revamping existing processes, and ad-hoc analyses that arise as the business changes.

Successful candidates will have high attention to details, excellent analytical skills, and an initiative-taker mentality. In addition, strong professionalism and communication skills are crucial to proactively partner with key stakeholders

What You Need

To SucceedBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting or 3-5 years of relative experience Knowledge of Data Analytics tools, concepts, and applications is highly preferred.

You have experience across a broad range of subject matter, including moderate to complex financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of finance and risk management concepts such as balance sheet management and stress testing. You know that details matter. You notice things that others do not.

Salary Range

$72,160 - $108,240.
