Social Media and Brand Marketing Manager

Our client, a fast-growing Los Angeles-born fitness and lifestyle brand known for blending gym culture with streetwear, a loyal community of athletes and creators, and a bold, drop-driven approach to product, is looking for a Marketing Manager, Social & Brand (Men's Division) to join their growing team. This role is on-site in the Valley.

This is a strategic yet hands-on opportunity for a social-first marketer to lead the brand's Men's voice across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You'll shape how the brand shows up around product launches, athlete and ambassador partnerships, events, and key cultural moments — partnering closely with Content, Creative, Design, E-commerce, and Partnerships teams to bring it all to life.

Given the nature of the role, they're specifically looking for someone who can work closely with their male athletes and ambassadors, and who naturally aligns with the brand's voice and community.

What you will be doing

• Owning the organic social and brand strategy for the Men's division, driving audience growth, engagement, and cultural relevance across Instagram and TikTok
• Leading the social content calendar and translating product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments into compelling content plans
• Managing athlete and influencer relationships — from communication and content planning to activations and real-time execution
• Writing and guiding briefs for social content, campaigns, and launch moments, while overseeing community management and junior team members
• Analyzing social and campaign performance to refine strategy, and reporting insights and recommendations to marketing leadership

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience with significant ownership of organic social strategy for a consumer-facing brand
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — platform behavior, algorithms, formats, and trends
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a voice that feels authentic, fun, and culturally fluent
• Experience working directly with athletes, influencers, or brand ambassadors
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple launches and priorities at once
• A genuine familiarity with and alignment to the brand's social presence and community — candidates should spend time on the brand's Instagram and TikTok before connecting
