What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and operational positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring priorities and build effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Strengthen recruiting processes, employer brand, and talent pipeline initiatives to support continued growth.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.

What You'll Need

3+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.

Success recruiting for professional, technical, or high-growth organizations.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
