Corporate Recruiter- Columbus, OH- Onsite

We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Corporate Recruiter who excels in a fast-moving environment and takes a hands-on approach to finding top talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, actively sourcing candidates, and driving results—rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and engage candidates through outbound outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including skilled trades (construction, HVAC, plumbing), engineering, and corporate positions
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the interview process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Track recruiting activity and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay informed on industry trends and labor market insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to actively source and engage candidates—not just post jobs
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and building relationships
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or related fields is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
