We are seeking an Operations Manager for our New Holland, PA manufacturing plant. As the Operations Manager you will lead and develop a team of professionals, including Area Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel in order to meet safety, quality, delivery, profit, and customer metrics. You will plan, coordinate, and lead the day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
Bachelor's Degree10 or more years of manufacturing experience5 or more years of leading people in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years leading other professional employeesPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $137,475.00 - $183,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
