Senior Project Manager with manufacturing and field experience to manage some of the most complex structural glass projects.

They each help Company push the limits of what can be done with glass both aesthetically and structurally.

The team routinely develops custom solutions and new technologies in the fields of structural glass, tension structures, clear span structures, bullet-resistant glass applications and blast resistant facades.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years progressive Project Management experience in manufacturing, with exposure to the commercial construction industry.
• Experience with glass/glazing and the architectural industry experience is a huge plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with steel, stainless steel and/or aluminum manufacturing, as well as QC experience in the manufacturing sector
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of construction terms, estimating, purchasing, scheduling & planning concepts
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, & scopes of work
• Excellent business judgement, demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives & strong project closeouts
• Track record of keeping client and subcontractor relationships in good standing
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities between business needs, organizational issues and sound customer relations
• Possess judgment to know when to appropriately escalate issues up the chain of command
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Team player who works exceptionally well in a matrixed team environment
• Consistency and impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with occasional air travel, at times on short notice

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or an applicable discipline
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and technologies
