Technical Delivery Team Manager

Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity EngineeringWe've partnered with a multinational financial services business in Galway looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineering manager.

In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers and analysts, shape security strategy and roadmap, champion Secure SDLC practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed security at the heart of software delivery.

The role has 4 key pillars:

• Team Leadership/Management
• Leading a team of 8Delivery and Execution
• Delivery focused role (road mapping, Collaboration, Communication, Vendor Management etc)
• Engineering excellence mindset (Engineering background)
• Cyber Security (Application Security)

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years in IT with 5+ years leading technical teams.A proven track record of delivering scalable, cloud-native software using Secure SDLC practices.A strong foundation in systems architecture, SDLC, Agile, AWS, and DevSecOps.A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.A passion for coaching and developing others, with the ability to support both junior and senior team members.
