Technical Project Manager

Urgent Hiring: Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master | Raleigh, NCaccel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master for an urgent full-time opportunity.

Location: Raleigh, NCWork arrangement: Hybrid/onsite as requiredEmployment: Full-time W-2 with accel bi corporationGross annual compensation: $85,000–$95,000, inclusive of applicable benefits Apply on or before August 9, 2026Local North Carolina candidates only. Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, estimation, and sprint execution
• Coach Agile teams and promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove blockers while escalating risks and dependencies
• Coordinate release and Program Increment planning across functional teams
• Maintain dashboards and report delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, and cycle time
• Collaborate with product owners, technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Support multiple Scrum and/or Kanban teams in a scaled Agile environment

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience applying Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience creating JIRA dashboards and tracking sprint or workflow progress
• Strong backlog grooming, prioritization, estimation, and impediment-removal experience
• Technical understanding of the application development lifecycle
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong risk analysis, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with PI planning and tracking cross-team dependenciesMandatory certifications:
• Certified Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master
• Project management certification, such as PMP
