Junior Business Analyst | Hybrid Opportunity

Were looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a collaborative and customer-focused team environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in analytics and customer service who enjoy problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting business improvement initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes and workflows
• Support development of functional and technical specifications
• Participate in meetings and workshops to provide project updates
• Identify and document project risks and issues
• Assist with system testing and implementation activities
• Prepare training materials and user documentation
• Provide post-implementation support to end users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-focused projects

What You Bring

• 15 years of experience in analytics and customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Confidence interacting directly with customers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer relations or process improvement initiatives
• Previous utility or energy industry experience is a plus

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
