Sr. Data Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and analyzing data anomalies across various environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to complex data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze data issues reported by business units.
• Collaborate with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to document data transformations and movements.
• Ensure proactive support methodologies for data movements and transformations.
• Assist in production validation and break-fix scenarios related to data structures.
• Contribute to the setup and configuration of Data Virtualization and Master Data Management tools.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for data standardization, dictionary, and lineage.
• Interpret patterns and trends from various data sources.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented agile environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL with experience in OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data databases.
• Experience with Exadata and SQL Server databases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to write medium to complex stored procedures.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Extensive experience in writing complex queries.
• Knowledge of data movement and processing, including ETL, API, and OLAP.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Denodo and Master Data Management.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Postgres and cloud environments.
