Inside Account Executive - Automotive Credit

The Opportunity

NCC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Automotive Credit Account Executive to win new dealership business through consistent outbound prospecting.

This is a true new-business sales role—not account management or inbound sales. You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities, reaching dealership decision-makers, demonstrating NCC’s auto credit solutions, and closing new customers.

The role has a target OTE of $110,000 with uncapped commission, and successful representatives regularly earn $150,000 or more. Your results will directly determine your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Own the complete new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through signed contract
• Make consistent daily outbound calls to automotive dealerships
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Connect with dealership owners, general managers, and other key decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
• Communicate the business value of NCC’s auto credit solutions
• Negotiate agreements and close new dealership customers
• Manage sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts accurately in Salesforce
• Meet or exceed established activity, pipeline, and revenue goals

What You’ll NeedRequired Qualifications

• At least two years of successful outbound B2B sales experience
• Experience selling products or services directly to automotive dealerships
• Demonstrated success generating new business through cold calling and proactive prospecting
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, including discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing
• Ability to confidently engage dealership management and ownership-level decision-makers
• A measurable record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong organization, follow-through, accountability, and pipeline-management skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-activity sales environment

Please note: This position requires previous experience selling to automotive dealerships. Candidates without dealership-facing sales experience may not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Familiarity with automotive finance, credit, compliance, CRM, or desking solutions
