About the Company

Our client is a US-based, fast-growing, vertically-integrated manufacturer of data center physical infrastructure, specializing in containment systems, white-space structures, and power distribution solutions for the hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise market.

Built on a foundation of in-house engineering and precision manufacturing, they design and build custom, engineer-to-order solutions that help the world's largest data center operators deploy faster and scale smarter. As demand for AI and high-density compute accelerates, they're expanding their commercial team to keep pace with a rapidly growing pipeline.

The Role

Our client is looking for several driven Account Managers/Executives to own and grow relationships across the data center/critical power ecosystem - hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise operators, general contractors, and engineering partners.

This is a hunter-and-farmer role: the successful candidate will develop new business while deepening existing accounts, selling engineered infrastructure solutions into complex, high-value projects. They'll act as the commercial face of the business, working closely with the engineering and operations teams to turn customer requirements into winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and grow strategic accounts across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission-critical construction.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including operators, GCs, MEP consultants, and procurement teams.
• Partner with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to scope custom solutions and deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
• Manage a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately, keeping CRM records current.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building the brand and network within the data center community.
• Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and customer roadmaps to identify new opportunities.
