Marketing Programs Manager

Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be a key member of the Marketing organization, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives and programs. This individual will drive the successful execution of product launches, go-to-market campaigns, marketing transformations, and cross-functional business initiatives.

You will serve as the connective tissue between marketing, product, sales, and technology teams—defining clear project scope, timelines, and success metrics while removing obstacles that impede progress.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into executable programs, create visibility into program status and risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to quality standards.

Must Haves

• 7+ years of program or project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale. Experience managing marketing programs, go-to-market initiatives, or marketing transformations is highly preferred
• .Demonstrated success leading programs that involved 5+ cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups
• .Strong experience with marketing processes, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, project management software (Asana, Monday, etc.), and marketing analytics is a plus
• .Proven track record with process design and change management—ideally implementing new systems, workflows, or operating models
• .Experience developing and presenting metrics dashboards to executive audiences
• .Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies. Ability to apply these frameworks flexibly in a marketing context
• .Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced project management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred
