About The Role

Allies of Skin is seeking a temporary Global Brand Marketing Manager, for a temporary, assignment to provide leave coverage. The anticipated duration of this role is 2-4 months, with the possibility of adjustment based on business needs.

As the Global Brand Marketing Manager, you will serve as an important member of the cross functional/integrated Marketing team, driving strategic campaign development, leading partnerships, and executing events on behalf of Allies of Skin.

This is a role that is responsible for being the liaison between agencies, partners and the brand, from strategy and planning phases to execution. Priorities include (but not limited to); elevating brand equity, fueling Allies community growth by creating effective engagement and partnership strategies, budget management, and campaign strategy to drive global brand growth via 360 content creation.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of the premium skincare landscape, latest trends (ability to understand and forecast), think creatively with a strong attention to detail, extensive experience in 360 cross platform Marketing, passionate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Execute 360 global Marketing campaigns, partnering with key stakeholders across Creative, Media/Communications, Social Media, Affiliate and Influencer.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies and Brand Partners.
• • Create briefs, timelines, Awards and custom content deliverables based on 360 strategies.
• Lead communication with Brand Direct Partners and Influencers from briefing, content reviews to launch.
• Build partnership presentation that drive brand storytelling with comprehensive cross channel content strategy.
• Support global market teams with campaign toolkits and go to market needs.
• Support marketing fiscal budget and invoice management.
• Lead weekly reporting for senior leadership, focused on ROI and talent led conversions for brand growth.
• Collaborate with Retail and E-commerce teams to develop marketing programs that support global launches and evergreen growth.
• Lead brand event planning, from concept to on-site execution, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Marketing experience (preferably within luxury, beauty, skincare).
• Deep understanding in Brand marketing and a passion for beauty consumer behavior.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships and experiences, rooted in campaigns.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Strong understanding of digital, influencer, and social media landscapes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

90,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Los Angeles, CA)
