We are conducting a search on behalf of Kiernan Trebach LLP, a well-regarded litigation-focused law firm with offices along the East Coast. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources high visibility, real ownership, and meaningful impact on how the firm grows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Running attorney recruiting from start to finish sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and getting offers across the finish line Leading the summer associate program, from law school outreach and on-campus interviews through orientation and evaluations Serving as the day-to-day point of contact across a high volume of external search firm relationships coordinating submissions, managing logistics, and keeping multiple searches moving simultaneously Preparing offer letters and employment agreements and supporting compensation conversations within firm guidelines Shepherding new hires through onboarding so their first days go smoothly across all East Coast offices Partnering with marketing and leadership on hire announcements, lateral integrations, and employer branding Leveraging the ATS and recruiting data to track pipeline activity, measure search performance, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to the Director of Human Resources

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a law firm with a strong focus on attorney recruiting this is a must Hands-on experience with law school programs, summer associate programs, and/or lateral hiring Experience managing multiple external search firm relationships simultaneously Comfort using ATS tools and recruiting data to track pipeline activity and report to leadership; the firm uses Breezy The ability to manage competing priorities without losing the thread or the candidate Sound discretion with confidential compensation and candidate information A natural communicator who represents the firm well from first outreach through day one Someone who runs toward problems rather than waiting to be told what to do THE PROCESS We'll start with an initial conversation to learn more about you.
